The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us, even arranging a taxi for an extended trip.
The lack of an elevator made it a challenge to carry our luggage up to the higher floors.

rooftop view, spacious bathroom, central location
No elevator access means dragging heavy suitcases up stairs!!! Windowless rooms can feel dark and dingy!!! The indoor plunge pool is small and somewhat uninviting!!! A lack of usable outlets is quite inconvenient!!!

I had such a wonderful time exploring the area, as all the great restaurants and attractions are no more than a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which makes it a perfect base for city strolls. being able to easily visit places like Casa Guerrero and enjoy an evening at the vibrant Calle 59 really made my stay special.

Half amazing, half disappointing
The personnel is fantastic,, always proving helpful. The roof garden provides a charming escape with comfy chairs, allowing you to relax after exploring the local culture.
The room felt cramped due to the noise from outside. Unfortunately, the AC was somewhat loud, interrupting the peaceful vibe we hoped for.

Perfect for a cozy getaway
We had unlimited coffee, tea, and cookies,, that was a nice touch for late-night snacks. And the staff? They were super friendly and they even gave us tips on where to go and what to see. Seriously.
It was a tad on the pricey side, but I'd say it was worth every penny.

The location allows easy access to all attractions and eateries, making it a great base for exploring. The rooftop area is a highlight, perfect for enjoying the evening breezes. However, noise from the lobby and nearby rooms made it difficult to relax, particularly during family gatherings. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortably high, leading to neck pain. Communication was hampered by a faulty phone in the room, requiring trips downstairs to the front desk.
